Professional Network Group, Inc. (PNG), headquartered in New York, is a global consulting firm specialized in corporate management and economic & business development, with special concentration on bridging the East and West, particularly the United States, European and the China markets.

Nora Chang Wang, Founder and President of Professional Network Group, Inc., brings more than 20 years of administrative and management experience. Ms. Wang has been working as a management consultant since 1998, after serving a full four-year term as New York City Commissioner of Employment and Workforce Development under former Mayor Giuliani; she is the very first Asian American appointed and served in Mayor’s cabinet in the history of the City of New York.

With China's entrance into the World Trade Organizations (WTO), Professional Network Group, Inc. began focusing its business services in both the U.S. and the China markets, with special emphasis on bridging the two markets in the areas of corporate management and business development.  In the meantime, Ms. Wang, through her consulting work, has developed a strong team of China experts, growing up and educated in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Singapore, all with advanced studies in the U.S. or Europe, as well as extensive and solid work experiences in China and the U. S.  In 2005, PNG, Inc. formed Professional Network Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and started to expand with focuses on Joint Ventures, Investment, as well as Fund Development of Private Equities in the U.S. and Europe interested in the China market.
